Worth knowing about London City Airport
A single terminal
Check-in, security and arrivals are all in the same building, so there is no terminal to choose when you book.
Charging zones
The airport is inside London's Ultra Low Emission Zone but outside the Congestion Charge zone. If you are being dropped somewhere else in London on the way, tell the office so the journey can be priced properly.
Give us the time you need to be there
Traffic through east London varies across the day. Tell us the time you need to be at the terminal rather than the time you would like to set off, and the office will set the pickup against it.
Ask the office before you book
The answers to these depend on your journey and the vehicle, so we would rather you heard them from the person arranging it than read a promise here.
- Do you follow the flight if it lands early or late?
- Where exactly will the driver meet us at London City Airport?
- How long will the driver wait if we are held up?
- Can you fit a child seat, and what does it cost?
- What happens if I need to move or cancel the booking?
- Can you book the return journey at the same time?
01206 701701Dispatch is 24 hours, every day.
