Reviews
This page is empty on purpose
We have not connected verified reviews yet, so there are none here. Rather than write some, we have used the space to explain what will appear, where it will come from, and why you should be suspicious of any taxi website that has testimonials but no source for them.

The straight version
The site this replaces had three glowing reviews. All three were invented.
Three named customers, a 4.9 out of 5, a satisfaction percentage. None of it came from a real person. That is not an unusual thing to find on a small firm’s website, which is rather the point — it is common enough that a testimonial with no verifiable source tells you nothing at all.
It is also now illegal. Publishing fake reviews, or commissioning them, has been a banned practice under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 since 6 April 2025. The Competition and Markets Authority can fine up to 10% of global turnover for it, without going to court first.
So this site publishes verified reviews or none. Today it is none.

How it will work
A review has to come from somewhere, and the database insists on it
This is not a policy in a document that someone can quietly ignore. It is a constraint on the table.
Tied to a real journey
A review must reference either one of our own completed bookings or an external source it was synced from, with that source’s own identifier. A row with neither is rejected by the database outright.
Published, not curated
Staff can hide a review that breaks the law — one naming a driver, say, or containing abuse. They cannot write one, and they cannot edit the words of one. Moderation is a switch, not a pen.
No rating until it is earned
No star rating is shown anywhere on this site, and no rating is placed in the page’s structured data. When there are enough real reviews to average, the average will be of those reviews and nothing else.

Where the reviews will sit
Laid out now so that connecting the sync is a data change rather than a redesign. Each card below becomes one real review, in the order the source returns them.

These are dashed outlines rather than realistic-looking quotes, so that nobody screenshots this page and mistakes a placeholder for a customer.
In the meantime
Read them at the source
Our Google Business Profile carries reviews left by customers directly, where Google controls the listing rather than us. Reading them there rather than here is genuinely the better test — we cannot select which ones you see.
Search for AB Airport Transfers in Google Maps, or ask the office for the direct link.
Ask for the profile linkIf we drove you recently
A review on our Google profile is worth more to us than one we could print here, precisely because we do not control it.
If something went wrong, the complaints page sets out how to raise it and how to escalate to the licensing authority if we do not put it right. We would rather fix it than have you not mention it.
Judge us on the price and the paperwork instead
Published fares you can read before you book, no card fee, and a licence check on every dispatch. Those you can verify today.
