Four terminals, two dock areas
Ocean and QEII are in the Eastern Docks. Mayflower and Horizon are in the Western Docks. They are separate entrances with separate check-in, so give us the terminal from your cruise line's paperwork.
Not Southampton Airport
The airport is a different place, north of the city at Eastleigh. If you need the airport rather than the port, call the office and we will price that journey for you.
Boarding windows
Cruise lines give you a window for boarding rather than one departure time. Tell the office the window when you book and the pickup is set around it.
Luggage decides the vehicle
Coming back from a cruise it is usually the cases rather than the passenger count that fills the car. If you are close to a limit, book the size up.
