Cookies

The short version: this site sets only what it needs to work. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and nothing shared with anyone for their own purposes.

What this site currently uses

Only storage that is strictly necessary: keeping your session working while you move through the booking form, and protecting the forms on this site from abuse. Nothing in that category identifies you outside your own visit, and nothing survives longer than it needs to.

Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for does not require your consent. That is why there is no cookie banner in front of this site. There is nothing to consent to yet.

What this site does not use

  • No analytics or measurement cookies.
  • No advertising or retargeting cookies.
  • No social media pixels or embedded trackers.
  • No cross-site profiling, and nothing sold or shared with data brokers.
  • No fonts, scripts or images loaded from third-party servers.

If that changes

If we add anything that is not strictly necessary — measurement, for example — we will ask you first. That means a real choice, presented before anything is set, with declining as easy as accepting, and a way to change your mind later. This page will be updated in the same change, not afterwards.

Controlling cookies yourself

Every browser lets you see what a site has stored and delete it, usually under settings for privacy or site data. Blocking everything is your right, though it may stop the booking form remembering what you typed as you move between steps.

Our privacy notice covers the personal data you give us when you book — which is a separate matter from cookies, and a much longer read.

Still being confirmed

  • Whether analytics will be added. If it is, it will be opt-in, behind a consent banner, and this page will be rewritten first.
  • The payment provider used at checkout, which may set its own cookies on the payment step. It will be named here before that step goes live.
